When that day comes will we be prepared? Two mm of rain falls, and Port of Spain floods and much is to be said about Central; people playin' water polo now. No real plans are set in place for this type of calamity. I shudder to think what will happen if a hurricane do decide to take an unexpected turn on our tail. All I can say is AB, see for yourself!
