We are truly lucky here in Trinidad and Tobago but for how long, our luck may run out one day. When that day comes will we be prepared? Two mm of rain falls, and Port of Spain floods and much is to be said about Central; people playin' water polo now. No real plans are set in place for this type of calamity. I shudder to think what will happen if a hurricane do decide to take an unexpected turn on our tail. All I can say is AB, see for yourself!
